Excellent location 10 minutes drive from Chichen Itza so great to get there for opening at 8am. Excellent value. The two swimming pools were large and quiet. We went into Piste to eat dinner but the restaurant we chose there was very average so probably should have eaten at the hotel instead. Breakfasts basic but quick and available from 7am to help with an early departure. Checkout is at 12 so we left our bags in our room while we visited Chichen Itza. We didn't notice any noise from the main road that goes past.

I liked the little bungalow in the forested area. Whilst we'll equipped they are small. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Bread wad included which eas good as there was only one other or expensive restaurant nearby.

I liked the staff, they were nice, simple people. The location being in the other side of the road from the Ik Kil cenote and a 6 min ride from Chichen Itza Ruins was great 😊

The two pools were amazing. The setting around the hotel is beautiful. It's an older hotel. It looks the same as when I first came 30 years ago. It could use a few repairs here and there, but you can't beat the price when other hotels in the area charge 3 times as much. The staff is very friendly. Will drive you to the ruins.

Location, breakfast eggs included in the price. Although there was only coffee or tea (no other drinks or water) and the food was toast, jam and fried bread. Modest breakfast, but it was included in the price and it was enough to start the morning. Right across the road, the wonderful cenote Ik Kil, a pool and two types, nets for lying on, overall a very nice environment.

The swimming pool was nice to cool off in and sit around. It’s across the road from Cenote Ik Kil. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic but bed was comfortable.

The location was ideal: close to Chichen Itza and the cenote Ik kil was literally on the other side of the rode. You can simply put on your swimming suite and walk over there. Thanks to the location we could begin our visit to Chichen Itza early and in the afternoon we went swimming in the cenote. We also liked the "natural pool". The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant where youcan eat or you can take the collectivo to the nearby village where you have more choice.

The swimming pools were nice. Yes pools. Good communication with staff to get us to Chichen Itza and bus to Merida. Limited menu but food was good. 2 for 1 Margaritas was a bonus. Price for room and food were good.

The property is only a 5 minute drive from Chichen Itza, which makes for a perfect one night stay to get into Chichen for opening and beat the crowds. There are 2 pools on the property to stay cool, and the rooms have great A/C. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the breakfast was good as well. I would definitely stay again.

The value and location of this stay is perfect. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We had comfortable beds and even WiFi and television. We had included breakfast that was perfect. The coco bread is amazing. We also had dinner on the property and it was prepared quickly and was very tasty. Breakfast is scheduled in perfect time to eat before the short 5 minute drive to Chichen Itza. This stay perfectly met our needs.
